Qvevri Wine

Qvevri wine is a traditional Georgian wine made using a unique and ancient winemaking technique. The wine is fermented and aged in large clay vessels called qvevris, which are buried underground. The qvevri wine is made from a variety of grape varieties including Rkatsiteli, Saperavi, and Mtsvane, among others.
